1. Cricket Session & Fancy Market Guidelines
- Completed Overs Requirement: In any limited-overs match, the relevant session (e.g., 6-over Powerplay) is deemed valid only if all scheduled overs are bowled or the inning is officially concluded (all out or target reached).
- Rain / Weather Interruption: If a match is curtailed due to rain and the minimum required overs for a session are not completed, all unsettled bets on that particular session shall be voided and refunded.
- Advantage Rule: In case of any technical scoreboard transmission delay on television, bets placed after a boundary, wicket, or six has occurred in actual real-time will be cancelled in accordance with standard fair-play criteria.
2. Betfair Back & Lay Trading Settlement
- Matched Bets: Only matched bets are binding contracts between exchange participants. Unmatched portions can be cancelled by the user at any point prior to matching.
- Dead Heat Rules: In the event of a tie or dead heat where no official tie-breaker or super over resolves the market, standard dead-heat deductions apply equally to stakes.
- Cashout Execution: Auto-cashout calculations reflect the live back and lay prices available at the moment the cashout command is processed on the exchange server.
3. Account Security & Verification
- One ID Per User: Users are entitled to one master account per phone number or UPI identifier. Duplicate syndicates or bot accounts will be suspended.
- Withdrawal Authentication: Cashouts are processed solely to UPI identifiers or bank accounts that match the registered player details to prevent unauthorized fraud.
- 24x7 Dispute Resolution: Any queries regarding bet settlements must be raised within 24 hours of match conclusion through our WhatsApp VIP desk.
